Kingswalden Lodge
for a quiet country getaway in the most beautiful part of the Northern Province

Ancient Africa is waiting to speak

Dinosaur footprints, skeletons of prehistoric man, and the lost tombs of African kings lie scattered all around you, waiting to be found and appreciated.

These precious natural resources translate into tourism, jobs and the preservation of our rich but largely unknown heritage.

But dirt, dust and bones aren't interesting on their own. They must be explained and represented in a way that captures the interest and attention of the tourist market. That's why we established Prime Origins Productions - to help these sites of pre-historical, historical and cultural significance entice tourists to visit them and delights them when they arrive.

Through interpretative signage, multimedia displays and interactive touch-screens, brochure and maps, we transform baking dust and preserved bone into tourist attractions which explain and entertain.

One of the few operable timeballs in existence, its purpose and history were unknown to visitors until the V&A Waterfront commissioned this sign to explain them. Now it is a drawcard for SA's leading tourist attraction.

Ask our experts what potential tourist attractions are on your doorstep and how to transform them. Together we'll give Ancient Africa her voice back.
